Pricing

You’ll know the price
before any work begins.

No hourly surprises. No invoices that are twice what you expected. Every project starts with a firm quote — and that number doesn’t change unless the scope does.

Firm quotes on every project
No charge for the first conversation
Scope changes discussed before billing

Simple, honest,
no surprises.

Most projects are quoted as a flat fee before we start. You review the quote, ask questions, and only proceed when you’re comfortable. The quoted price is the price you pay.

For smaller or ongoing work — maintenance, updates, consulting — I bill at $126 per hour. I’ll always give you an estimate of hours before I start, so there are no surprises there either.

The initial conversation is always free. We’ll talk through what you need, and I’ll let you know if I think there’s a better or more cost-effective way to get there.

Scope & complexity
A single landing page costs less than a full ecommerce site. A logo refresh costs less than a complete brand identity. We’ll define the scope together before quoting.
Number of rounds of revisions
Quotes include a standard number of revision rounds. Additional rounds can be added — we discuss this upfront so you’re never caught off guard.
Timeline
Rush projects may carry a premium. If you have a hard deadline, tell me upfront and I’ll factor it into the quote.

What do projects usually cost?

These are typical ranges based on past projects. Your actual quote may be higher or lower depending on scope. Use these as a starting point for budgeting — not as a final number.

Things people usually want to know.

Is the first conversation really free?
Yes, always. We’ll talk through what you need, I’ll ask questions, and give you my honest take on what it would take to get there. No clock running, no obligation to proceed.
What if I need changes after you’ve started?
Minor changes within the agreed scope are included. If you want to significantly change direction or expand the project, we’ll talk about it first and I’ll give you a revised quote before doing any additional work. You’ll never get a surprise charge after the fact.
What if I’m not happy with the work?
We won’t stop until you are. Each project includes a set number of revision rounds, and I stay engaged throughout to make sure we’re heading in the right direction before investing too much time in any one approach.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, most projects require a deposit before work begins — typically 50% upfront, with the remainder due on completion. The exact terms are included in your project quote.
I don’t really know what I need. Can you still help?
That’s actually one of the most common ways people come to me. We’ll have a conversation, I’ll ask the right questions, and I’ll help you figure out what will actually move the needle for your business — and what isn’t worth spending money on.
Why doesn’t the price include printing?
Design and printing are quoted separately so you have flexibility in how you print. I can absolutely manage the printing process for you and will find cost-effective options — the print cost just passes through at cost rather than being bundled into the design fee.

Not sure what your project would cost?

Let’s have a conversation. I’ll give you an honest estimate and let you know if there’s a smarter way to get what you need.
